Buckeye Select Kennels has recently made renovations and upgrades to our dog boarding facility. We have added 8 additional new rooms and have 2 large grass play yards for the pups to enjoy. Our facility is always clean and ready for you to tour. From the moment they arrive they receive these benefits.

All Inclusive $38 a day regardless of size NO HIDDEN FEES.

Our new Groomer Alleesia

Exciting things happening here this summer! Our grooming is booming and growing which means all hands on deck!

Alleesia comes to us from House of Paws in Centerville, with a plethora of knowledge and a delicate touch. Alleesia has refined her skills with over 5 years of experience of bathing and grooming. Within her first week with us, she perfectly matches the vibe of our team, and we are just so blessed to have her!

With the closing of our friends over at House of Paws, we wish them the best on their endeavors! To our new clients, being that we are only about 10 minutes away from where you are used to, we would love to schedule a tour with you. Please come out so we are able to showcase Alleesia and her continuance of her wonderful service within our facility!

Pet Boarding Requirements

Below is a list of items we need on file before your pets first stay with us.

What Is Needed

Shot Records

We require a copy of vet records showing up to date Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella or Kennel Cough Shots.
Signed Contract

There must be a current Signed Contract on File before every stay.
Food In Approved Container

We feed Purina Dog Chow. If they are used to something different or you'd rather bring your own, it MUST be in a hard Plastic container of some sort. NO bags. If a plastic container is not provided we will place your food in one for a charge.

I was in a pinch about a year and a half ago and needed a good place for my puppy. I called almost in a panic, Karen calmed me down, made room for our puppy and took her in as if she was her own. Now a year later, Buckeye Select Kennels is the only place I'll call. Our flatcoat retriever LOVES going to BSK where she gets to run around and play and watch the horses. I would strongly suggest BSK to all dog owners.

Karen is simply amazing! Our dogs (Great Dane & Great Dane/Neo Mastiff) have stayed with Karen three times already and it was the best experience for them and for us! Karen is incredibly accommodating with pick up and drop off times. She was able to take our dogs at the last minute due to my going into labor 3 weeks early. Our dogs have the best time there, they come home happy!

Buckeye kennels is one of a kind! The owner, Karen, is responsive and we know that our dog is left in great hands when we take her there. They demonstrate that they know our dog, her personality, and what she needs. We have used this kennel 2 times when travelling to Florida the first time for2 weeks the next time was for 9 days my dog loved the stay and was well yaken care of . The pri es are the best aroud and the kennel looked clean and the staff friendly. Tey checked to make sure our d.n.c og was upto date with his shots so that made me feel better that all dogs were che ked We will definitely use buckye select again and will recomend to my friends.
